Do you know if part EX1032 will Fit a Gator sfx cover

The Extang # EX1032 replacement hinge that you referenced is made for Extang Trifecta and Extang eMAX folding tonneau covers as a hinge replacement. I reached out to my contact at Extang and found out that they also make the Gator covers and that this hinge will work with Gator brand covers!
