The Demco 5th Wheel Rail Adapter for Ford OEM 5th Wheel Towing Prep Package # DM6175 will turn the puck system on your 2021 Ford F-250 Super Duty into standard above-bed 5th wheel rails, and the spacing is 29 inches center-to-center for the outer-most slots, 20-1/2 inches center-to-center for the inner-most slots, and from top-to-bottom they are 22 inches apart.

This is the same spacing as the Reese Elite Series Underbed Rail Adapter for Standard 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches # RP30156, both of which will fit your 2021 F-250 and allow you to mount any 5th wheel hitch that fits industry-standard rails.
