I have a solution for you but the Convert-A-Ball item # CAB-C5G gooseneck adapter cannot be used with a Rota Flex pin box. The additional flex of two cushioning devices creates leveraged angles that can break both pin box parts and mess up your truck.
Instead you are going to want to use the Demco Recon Gooseneck-to-5th Wheel Trailer Hitch Adapter item # DM8550045. This adapter will attach to the gooseneck ball in your truck's bed. It is compatible with Rota Flex pin boxes.
