Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System Item # TGMRCK25. what are the other two black flat circle things? Thanks

The Timbren kit part # TGMRCK25 that you referenced comes with two spacers which push the rubber spring further away from the bracket it is attached to which allows for it to engage at the proper time.
