What is the correct air bags for 2000 Chevy K2500 with BW gooseneck hitch?

I have a solution but none of the air bag kits that fit your 2000 Chevy K2500 fit with in-bed hitches like a gooseneck. So instead you'd need to go with a jounce spring style kit like the Timbren part # TGMRCK25 which is compatible and would work great.
