Replacement Threaded Backing Plate With Rod for Roadmaster Base Plates 1429-3

I bought used base plate 1429-3 and am having difficult time getting the inside bolts on bracket attached. Is it possible to buy two of the plates with welded nuts on them with the wire stems as seen in the parts picture? Thanks

You can get the replacement part you need for your Roadmaster Base Plates # 1429-3; these are threaded backing plates, and the correct replacement is the following:
