Now, this replacement threaded backing plate is designed for your Roadmaster Baseplate Kit, identified by that model number that you see there on your screen. This is going to be the direct replacement for one lost or damaged backing plate that comes with this rod already attached, making it easy to restore your baseplate installation without replacing the entire kit. Now, to confirm that this is going to be exactly what you need, let me throw a ruler up on this, and as you can see, the overall length is about 3 1/2 inches, and then the overall width, about an inch and a half. So, this is built to match the original component for a proper fit.
