For your 2017 Porsche Macan I recommend the ZCI Circuit Protected Vehicle Wiring Harness w/ 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector and Installation Kit Item # 119250KIT. There is not an OEM wiring harness however; this harness connects to your factory wiring. The nice thing about this harness is it doesn't require you to splice into the wiring. Each function has a small box that the factory wire is placed in. The box reads the power running through the wire which provides the signal to the four pole plug. The converter box protects the factory wiring from back feed if there is an issue between the trailer and vehicle.

If you are needing a hitch I recommend the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2"
Item # C13136. This hitch fits both the GTS and non GTS models. It is a class III hitch with a 750lb tongue weight and a 5000lb gross trailer weight. You just want to check the owners manual for the vehicles maximum towing capacity and go with the lowest number between the vehicle and the hitch.
