Question:

The horizontal bolt hole dimension in the product pictures shows 3 1/2inch but in one of the question answers it shows 3 3/8. Which is correct?

The Buyers Products Black Receiver Tube part # 3371804055 has a vertical set of holes which are 3-1/2" apart on center and a horizonal set which are 3-3/8". I have attached a dimensions drawing from the manufacturer below.
