Will Lippert SolidStep on RV Cause Interference with Door Opening/Closing

Question:
My RV door and screen currently touch threshold when closing barely, if I hold up it closes fine. Will step installation reduce this clearance more? Thks,

When the SolidStep part # LC791573 is installed on your RV there would be slight reduction in clearance above the threshold like you can see in the picture I attached. If it's already tight there it would become tighter. You may have to adjust your door but in general this does not cause interference.
