Hi, I am looking for Tesla Model S eco hitch . But wondering who can install in San Diego, California.

The EcoHitch # 306-X7202 Class II hitch is a fit for the 2012-2020 Tesla Model S.
We don't currently have a listing of approved installers, but any trusted mechanic should be able to do the job for you but I'd lean more toward having a body shop complete the install. The installation requires that the rear bumper cover be removed temporarily, a body shop would be better suited to an installation of this type.
I've linked to an install video showing the # 306-X7201 2 inch version of the hitch being installed. The procedure for the 1-1/4 inch hitch would be identical.
