Question:
Hi. I couldnt post a review so I submitted this as a question. I just wanted to let you know that the installation of this hitch wasnt too difficult on a Legacy GT. The instructions are very straightforward and easy to understand. There is some cutting that needs to be done on both of the exhaust heat shields. This is to allow the rear bolt hole to be exposed and the removal of one of the heat shield bolts. I would also recommend spraying all five exhaust hangers with WD40 or something early on in the installation to help ease the removal and re-installtion of the hangers. I did run a ratchet strap to hold up the exhaust under the rear cross member. Other than that the install was very easy.
