Question:

I just broke my trailer spring and now looking for a replacement double eye three leaf spring.and my trailer is a 4000lbs max I believe. My spring measured like 10 - 10 1/2 from bolt to bolt.i hope I was measuring it right.its only a 5x8 trailer. It originally had 12 inch tires on it but I removed the fenders and put 13s on it.held up for a lot of years. Please help me find the right spring for my trailer.thank you

I'm sorry to hear your trailer spring broke!

The shortest spring we offer is the 3-Leaf Double-Eye Spring for 2,000-lb Trailer Axles # e53SR or # e84SR which is 20-3/8" Long from the center of the eye to center of the eye. I recommend measuring the spring on the other side of the trailer that isn't broke with the trailer jacked up to keep weight off the spring. When spring is holding weight it will be longer which will cause an incorrect measurement.
