The MaxxFan Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan - Manual Lift - 4 Speed - Smoke # MA00A04401K can have the cover replaced with a white one using # MA10A40002K. This is the closest option to clear.

If you want a powered lift you can alternatively use the MaxxAir MaxxFan Plus Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan - Powered Lift - 4 Speed - White # MA00-04751KSX which will use the same replacement lid.

The Access Tonneau Cover part #834532006953 that you referenced is a confirmed fit for your 2009 Honda Ridgeline and would not cause any issues with the bed rails of the truck, and your truck bed trunk would also still open and close like normal.
