Definitely! From the looks of your attached pictures, you definitely have a Fastway e2 weight distribution hitch that uses a trunnion spring bar like the # FA92-00-0600.
I went ahead and reached out to my contact at Fastway, and he confirmed that the head assembly needs to be replaced. They do not sell the missing mount that you need individually. The replacement part you need for your hitch is the Replacement Head for Fastway e2 Weight Distribution Systems - Trunnion Bar # FA92-02-1255.
