Recommended 4.80/4.00-8 Trailer Tire With At Least 65 MPH Speeding Rating

Question:
I have a 750 pound wood splitter with some brand if tire that only has a 45 mph rating from the wood splitter manufacturer. If I wasnt so lazy I could provide the present tires name ect. The size is 4.80, 4, 8 Common I believe. I want to tow this beast back and forth on Calif. horrible paved roads at a speed of 65 to 70 mph. Do you have a recommended tire or tire wheel combo to safely do that or am I better off to go with a wide 8 inch rim/tire or my thought a 12 inch rim/tire. Radials? Or bias? I bought some tire/wheel combo from you last year for different Trailer, very nice. Thank you,

The Kenda Loadstar K371 Bias Trailer Tire part # AM10002 which is the only available 4.80/4.00-8 tire we offer has a 65 mph rating. This will be the highest available for a tire this size. The tire is bias ply.
