I may have an option but unfortunately since trailer manufacturers don't always keep the best logs of what small parts are installed on a specific trailer, we do not have any way to confirm the correct replacement lens for your 2018 Grand Design Momentum.

The Replacement Tail Light Lens # AST61B you were looking at is designed to fit on the # RVSTL61 and # RVST61 tail lights and measures 8 5/8" long and 3 3/16" tall. To confirm the fit you will need to measure your current tail lights, or look for a model number stamped inside of the lens. Based on the pictures I was able to find of your trailer this lens definitely looks close the what you will need.

If you find your tail lights are a different size, or you are able to find a model number I would be happy to recommend the correct replacement lens for you.
