I checked with Thule and they do list the OutWay trunk mount bike rack # TH45JV as a fit for sedan models of the 2013 Honda Accord.
If you will be carrying any bikes that do not have a top frame tube that goes straight across I recommend using an adapter bar # TH982XT to carry the bikes more level and provide better ground clearance. I have included a link to a video that shows how the adapter works.
