How is this jack attached to the trailer? Are there flanges or is the outer tube strong enough to be welded to frame??

The HammerBlow Dropleg Top Wind Trailer Jack, item # BD190704, will need to be welded to your trailer tongue. Each application will be a little bit different, so there are no flanges provided. You will need to find an appropriate space to weld the jack to your trailer.
