Looking for a truck bed rack with tonneau cover for my 2015 double cab Toyota Tacoma 6’2 bed.

The issue you will find trying to mount both a ladder rack and tonneau cover together on a 2015 Toyota Tacoma is that the truck doesn't have stake pockets so the only option you have is a tonneau cover with integrated channels, the RetraxONE XR Hard Tonneau Cover part # RTT-60812 is one of the only available options. This can then be used with a specialized ladder rack that works with these channels, the Yakima OverHaul HD Adjustable Truck Bed Ladder Rack for Tonneau Cover part # Y01151-5755.
In other words, it can be done but it won't be cheap.
