Question:

There is no option for advice on your 800# Looking at fastway e2 WD hitch my tt tw is 550# and 6200# GVW is the 8000# version overkill the other option is 6000#

If you fully load your trailer and find it has a tongue weight of 550 lbs and towing weight of 6,200 lbs, then ideally you should choose a weight distribution system's where your tongue weight sits middle-road of the system's capacity. As for a Fastway e2 option, the Fastway e2 Weight Distribution 8,000 lbs GTW, 800 lbs TW - Round Bar # FA94-00-0800 is a good option.

This system has a described tongue weight capacity of 400 lbs - 800 lbs, and your 550 lbs is just slight below halfway on that range. If you chose the 600 lb version # FA94-00-0600, then if you load up your trailer with more cargo, you risk going beyond the capacity and then the weight distribution system will not be able to do its job. On the other hand, if you have too much capacity, then the system will be too rigid.
In your case, since the Fastway e2 is a 2-point friction-based system, the slight extra rigidity may actually work in your favor. Also, loading it more will put you closer to the middle, which is ideal!

Whichever e2 you choose, you also need to get a hitch ball with a 1-1/4 inch shank. If your trailer fits a 2 inch ball use # EQ91-00-6080 or if it fits a 2-5/16 inch ball use # EQ91-00-6100.

The Fastway e2 2-point sway control systems do not come with a ball pre-mounted. The ball will arrive as a separate item and still needs to be mounted and torqued. A 1-7/8" socket is needed to torque it down to 450 ft-lbs. Since it is such a high torque, you can go to your nearest dealer or auto shop and have them torque it for you for a reasonable fee.
