Will the Anderson Ultimate Work On a 2020 Ram 2500 with RamBox

Im looking to purchase a 2020 Ram 2500 with ramboxes. Ive heard you can use a 5th wheel hitch with sidewinder attachment to setup towing a 5th wheel. Id also like to know if a gooseneck attachment with the Anderson Ultimate Hitch would work. Ive searched across the web and havent found much. I did see one video with this setup but cant find much else. Im wanting to know if this setup would provide enough clearance to clear the bedsides and tailgate? Or are there adjustments that would need to be made to the hitch to give clearance? Thanks

In order to tow a fifth wheel trailer with a 2020 Ram 2500 (W/ RamBox) you'll need to use a fixed fifth wheel hitch with rotating pin box. This is the only option I am aware of that will allow the pin box to clear the bed sides. The reason it is able to do this is because is moves the connection point back away from the cab. For this, I recommend the B&W Patriot 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch part # BWRVK3255 with the B&W Custom Installation Kit part # BWRVK2602 and Custom Wedge for B&W Fifth Wheels part # SWW-06. If you also need a rotating pin box, I have attached our selection below.
The Anderson Ultimate won't work on a truck with the RamBox. It does not provide the connection point back away from the cab which is needed to clear the bed sides.
