You're tired of setting up your Starlink dish at every stop. This metal roof mount provides a permanent, low-profile installation for a compatible Starlink Standard system, so it stays secure during travel.
At first, setting up your Starlink dish at every stop is just part of camping. After enough trips, it starts to feel like another piece of gear you're unpacking and packing away again. This permanent roof mount gives your compatible Starlink Standard dish a dedicated place on your RV, so it's already mounted when you arrive and ready when it's time to get online. Its low-profile design keeps the mounted dish closer to the roof, giving your RV a more streamlined appearance while reducing the chance of contacting low branches or other overhead obstacles.
Add the Winegard Support Plate (WG94BJ - sold separately) beneath the mount to distribute the mounting load across a larger area of your RV roof. You'll also want butyl tape and self-leveling lap sealant (AL66FJ and DC94SR - sold separately) to help seal the mounting area and prevent water intrusion.

Hi everybody. Andy here with etrailer. Let's take a quick look at this Winegard Metal Roof Mount for your Starlink standard satellite system. Now this metal roof mount is going to be basically for those who use the compatible Starlink standard system on their RV, and maybe they're tired of setting up and packing away the dish every time they change location. So instead of treating your Starlink dish like another piece of portable camping gear, this is going to give it a permanent mounting location on your roof so it can stay installed while you're going down the road. The mount itself is made from heavy duty metal and it has a corrosion resistant finish.
So this is designed for long-term outdoor use. One of the more useful aspects for an RV is its low profile design. It's going to keep your Starlink dish closer to the roof, which is going to give the installation a cleaner profile and help reduce the chance of encountering low branches or other overhead obstacles. On your screen, I'm including a photo there showing you what this is going to look like mounted underneath your dish, just to kind of give you an idea of how this is going to fit and how it's going to work. We have other really great photos on this product page showing you this in action with the dish.
So if you have any other questions about what this looks like, do take a look at the extensive photo section on this product page. This is designed with travel and weather exposure in mind. This has a listed operational wind speed of about 60 miles an hour and the environmental rating is IP 67 type four. I should mention that speed, it's listed at 60 miles an hour or greater. And again, we have that information listed on this page.
Trying to give you some measurements here as best as I can, just so you have a good idea of the size. What I'm calling the width here, about seven and three eighths inches. And then the length, let me put it this way, looks like pretty close to five and a half inches. And then the height or thickness, about two and a half inches tall at the tallest point. You are going to get mounting hardware to get this installed in place.
You saw I had, I hit the wrong button there earlier, but it's a good idea to pick up some butyl tape or sealant when you are installing this. The instructions do call out for sealant, but you could choose butyl tape as a secondary option as well. Some folks like to take a little bit of butyl tape and then sealant. Again, the idea is you just want to make sure that moisture's not getting into where you drill those holes. So if you don't have any butyl tape or sealant, I've got some options there for you to choose here from etrailer. Maybe you want some help with installation, you don't want to do it yourself, that's okay because again, on this product page underneath the photo section, we have a link that will take you to our installer locator. Click that link, answer the questions that it has for you, and that locator will find an installer in your area that etrailer has partnered with to help you with the install. Well, again, my name's Andy. Thank you for joining me.
