will it fit. what does it mean by 34inch frame?

The Curt Double Lock, Flip and Store Underbed Gooseneck Hitch part # C60713 is a fit for a 1999 Chevrolet K2500 except for cab and chassis models which will have a 34" frame (measuring from the outside of one frame rail to the outside of the other) but if you have a regular truck bed you won't have to worry about this.
