I have a Ram 3500 with OEM puck system and not sure what gooseneck ball is needed? The BandW 2062 has a 2inch riser and the Curt 60618 is standard height. I have the Lippert Rotaflex 1621 currently and am switching to the Reese 94720. Thanks

Both the B&W and Curt gooseneck balls for your 2016 Ram 3500 with the OEM pucks/gooseneck are compatible with the Reese Goose Box 5th-Wheel-to-Gooseneck Air Ride Coupler Adapter # RP94720.
The slightly higher B&W Ball # BWGNXA2062 can actually be beneficial over the shorter Curt Ball # C58CR or # C60618 because it can help ensure you tow level. Also, the B&W is a better hitch ball overall because of its locking handle that makes it much easier to use and secure to the hitch than the Curt ball.
So for your 2016 Ram 3500 with the factory prep system and Reese Goose Box, I highly recommend going with the B&W Ball and Safety Chain Kit for Ram Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch # BWGNXA2062.
