It sounds like you are looking for bunk board carpeting. The closest we have to your 18 inch by 20 foot is the CE Smith Deluxe Marine-Grade Carpeting for Bunk Boards - Gray - 18' Long x 18" Wide # CE11373 or Black # CE11349. This will give you a seam if you are using 20 foot long boards or even 18 foot boards as you will want to wrap the ends.
