Yes, there are trunk mounted bike racks available for your 2018 Ford Escape. I recommend using the Saris Bones EX # SA803 because you're getting a high quality bike rack at a great price. The Bones EX does not require a hitch to carry bikes and can carry up to 3 bikes at a time (35-lbs per bike capacity). We do recommend using part # SA3035 to replace the lower hooks on the unit and make installation easier, but you can also place the hooks inside the vehicle-which is detailed in the included instruction manual.

If you'll only need to carry 2 bikes, you can use the Saris Bones # SA805BL.
