Question:

having trouble with my automatic steps. sometimes they wont go out..if I play with the magnetic switch they will go out. After several weeks of doing this they became much more problematic. Now they rarely can be coaxed out and sometimes refuse to come in. Kwikee steps 909506000 Controller 903206000. Everything other than the switch? or controller works fine...when they want to work they work fine. Also noticed the lighted switch to lock them out only occasionally lights up when in the locked out position. This all started in the last couple months. Trying to locate a controller and magnetic switch to just replace both but am unable to find the correct part. 2003 Holiday Rambler Endeavor Thx

The replacement door magnet switch kit for the auto retract/extend is the part # LC369299 as what you have requires a switch that is "normally open". This is an inexpensive solution that should fix your issue so I would start with it and see if it helps.
