Looking for replacement assembly for kwikee double steps for 2001 Fleetwood Expedition. What is the designation of 5316 and 9510 for 32 series steps?

The Lippert Components Kwikee 32 Series # LC3722617 referenced in your question includes the standard drive operation (5316) but not a switch kit. The Kwikee 32 Series Step # LC3722615 that you also referenced includes the Logic Control Unit (9510) but again does not include a switch kit.
For the Kwikee 32 Series Assembly that includes both the Logic Control Unit and Door Switch Kit, I recommend part # LC372261. The Kwikee 32 Series step assemblies feature a 7 inch rise between the steps and a mounting bolt pattern of 8 x 22 inches.
