Dimension for DrawTite part #41945

Question:
Hello, I have a 2009 Ford E-350 van with larger tires. The larger spare still fits under the van, but with the the larger tire diameter, Im concerned that it will interfere with the DrawTite #41945 hitch. Could you provide dimension Linch for the hitch as indicated in the attached image? Assume the image is a top view of the hitch, and the dimension is from the center line of the forward bolt hole to the inside face of the square tube at the center of the hitch. Thanks for the help!

The distance is 13" from the center of the forward most bolt hole to the back of the cross section is 13". Please see the attached photo.
