Question:

What is distance vertically from top of receiver tube body as well as tube end flange to the truck frame which the ears bolt to. Also what is the horizontal distance from rearmost mount bolt hole ears attach to and the end of the receiver tube.

In regards to the B&W Heavy-Duty Trailer Hitch Receiver part # BWHDRH25189, the distance from the flange to the top of the receiver tube is 3-1/8" and the distance from the rearmost mounting hole to the end of the receiver tube is 26-3/4". The collar is usually about 1/4" thick.
