Will the Curt Hitch C15312 Fit a 2009 GMC Cab and Chassis Van?

Will the # C15312 fit GMC savana cutaway vans? There seem to have the same distance across from hole to hole 39. I know you have a custom fit for cutaways but I dont like its huge down.

It's not designed to. The Curt Trailer Hitch item # C15312 is custom fit for 2001 - 2010 Sierra and Silverado 2500 and 3500s. The width of the bolt holes is the same as the item # 3371801102 as you can see from the dimensional diagrams below. However, nothing else is the same so you would need to do some drilling and there may be other parts like exhaust or braces in the way.
The only hitch that is custom fit for a 2009 GMC cab and chassis van is the Buyers Products 2" Hitch Receiver For GM Express/Savana with Cutaway Chassis item # 3371801102 you referenced not liking. I highly recommend using this hitch over trying to fabricate one that isn't custom fit.
You can also install a universal hitch like item # C13702 but you will have to drill into your van's frame and it will not have anywhere near the capacity of a custom fit hitch. This would be a good option if you're just interested in mounting accessories like a bike rack, spare tire holder, or cargo carrier.

In the above reply (and others) you post hitch dimensions such as 39 in frame width and 5 1/2 bolt hole pattern. https://images.etrailer.com/static/images/pics/q/u/qu216969_250.jpg Do you know of a hitch (similar to this picture) but fitting 32 in frame (Spartan chassis) and 7 in hole pattern?
