What nuts and bolt do you recommend to secure box?

The Buyers Products Utility Storage Box - Black - 44" x 19" x 17-1/4" # 3371712240 does not come with any installation hardware. Because of the style of box you can drill through the bottom and use zinc plated bolts, and locknuts or you can use U-bolts. The length and size can vary as it will be dependent on your specific application. For example, the Replacement Cutting Edge Carriage Bolts and Nuts for Boss Snowplow - 5/8" x 2" - Qty 10 # 3371301064 could work well.

I recommend using zinc plated hardware for corrosion resistance and if you want a water tight fit then I also recommend using the Loctite RTV 598 High-Performance Silicone Gasket Maker # LT37467 to seal your box.
