Question:
So I ran into an issue trying to put on a cre3000 33” suspension on. The morryde was about an inch lower than the original hanger for the leaf springs and I could not get the bolts to go one. Almost as if the morryde holes for the leaf springs were too low? Am I missing something here. I had asked a previous question on this and now that I have a better idea of what I am thinking is the problem. I measured 33.5 on the wheels. So I had gotten a cre2-33 along with the wet bolt package. However upon trying to put the suspension on I was unable to. Taking a closer look which I should of done from the start.....My old equalizer seems to be very wide and much shorter the length from the top bolt to the leaf spring bolts. I could not get the leaf spring bolts to attach to the morryde. So I want to think I am using an incorrect supsension upgrade kit. I am guessing I have a wide trax suspension on my trailer, I am not sure the cre2-35 would fix my problem either. Any chance there is something out there that might work?? I am at a loss....Ive used morryde for awhile now and have always loved it, now...just a little bit sad lol

There is likely a suspension upgrade that will work for you, but you'll need to find a kit that has equalizers which are the same measurements as yours, and fit within your axle capacity.
For example, the Road Armor Shock Absorbing Equalizer Kit # LC696740 is for equalizers that measure 6" center-to-center of the lower bolt holes and 3-1/2" tall; it is rated for 3,500 lb to 8,000 lb axles.
The Equa-Flex Cushioned Equalizers # LC279687 are for 3,000 lb to 6,000 lb axles and replace equalizers that measure 5-1/2" long and 2-1/2" tall.
Or you could eschew the equalizer route and go with a different type of suspension upgrade, such as shocks. For example, to do that a great option would be the Roadmaster Comfort Ride Shock Absorbers for Tandem Axle Trailers # RM-2450 which is for 3,500 lb axles.
I have added links below to video reviews of these parts for you to check out, as well as a link to our selection of suspension upgrades for you.
