Should I Use The Inno Fairing # INA271 Underneath A Cargo Basket?

Question:

Can you put a Thule cargo carrier on top of this? Feeling like this would help the wobble effect that happens when the wind goes in between the 4 runner and the cargo Carrier.

The Inno Fairing # INA271 will be great for eliminating some of the wind noise you hear whenever you're going down the road. I don't recommend stacking components on top of each other, but the mounting hardware for the Inno Fairing is extremely low profile, so if you were to use it with a Thule Cargo Basket like the Canyon XT # TH859XT it would be sitting on the brackets for the Inno Fairing but you will still be able to install the basket. If that's what you want you can do that!

One thing to think about though is when you have a basket on the roof it overhangs the front bar a bit. So, having a fairing on the bottom along with a fairing on the front of the Cargo Basket could create an air pocket between the bottom of the carrier and the Inno Fairing. This could potentially cause more wind drag on your 2018 Toyota 4Runner.
