I can tell you how to determine the correct electric brakes for your boat trailer, though we don't have a way of knowing precisely what a 2006 Karavan boat trailer needs. It's pretty simple to figure out though, as you need to know your axle's weight capacity, your brake's mounting flange bolt pattern and the inside diameter and depth of your drum.
You mentioned 12 inch diameter, so for example, the Electric Trailer Brake Kit # AKEBRK-7-SA are for 5,200 lb to 7,000 lb axles, measure 12" diameter x 2" wide (so that is the drum size they fit in) and fit a 5-bolt mounting flange. To install them you would need the Mounting Hardware # BRKH12.
I have added a link to a video review for you to check out as well of the Electric Trailer Brake Kit # AKEBRK-7-SA.
If your specs line up you can use those brakes, otherwise I have added a link to our entire selection of electric brakes for you to check out.
