Hello, I have a 2003 F250 super duty long bed 4x4 extended cab. I recently had a BandW turnover ball with the companion attachment installed. When I hook up to my 5th wheel camper it is creating a lot of pressure weight if 5th wheel is about 11000 total. I would like an air bag option to help with the added weight. What would be a good option and something that I could control from the cab. So in short, what air bags are compatible with the bandw turnover, and can be controlled from the cab or a remote?

There are air bags for your 2003 Ford F-250 that are compatible with a gooseneck hitch, including the B&W Gooseneck Hitch # BWGNRK1108 on your truck. What you will need are the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs # AL57390.
These will do a really good job to help stabilize your F-250 while you are towing and I confirmed with Air Lift that they are a fit for your truck and compatible with an in-bed hitch. You can control air bags like these from your cab, but to do so you will need a compressor system (which is true of all air bags).
The compressor for these that uses a wireless system is the Air Lift WirelessAIR Compressor System for Air Helper Springs - Bluetooth # AL74000 or # AL74000EZ.
Both compressors can be controlled with a remote or your smartphone as they are Bluetooth enabled, with the difference being that the EZ Mount compressor attaches to your truck with a no-drill mounting plate with U-bolts while the standard version does not and requires drilling to mount.
