my rv is a i beam it measures 74 to the i beam will a curts hitch work will be setting hitch on the inside of the i beam 74 is the inner measurements i have a 2019 pinnacle

We have a hitch that would work great for you but the Curt hitch part # 13703 can only fit trailer frames that measure up to 72 inches apart from outside to outside. So since yours measures 74 it would be too wide you'd instead want the part # UF35-946403.
