Thule does make a TracRac SR sliding ladder rack with cantilever for the 2020 Ford F-150. The exact part needed will depend on your bed length.
For a 5-1/2 foot bed, use # TH43002XT-508EX. For the 6-1/2 foot bed, use # TH43002XT-501EX or # TH43003XT-000EX for the long bed model. All three include the cantilever, the rack and slides as well as all necessary installation hardware.
