Where Does the Tekonsha 118255 Plug Into During Installation

Question:

I ordered part # 118255 for my 2010 Lexus RX 350, going to install the part it came with didn’t fit. Do I have the right plug?

Yes, you do have the correct part. The Tekonsha # 118255 is the correct harness for your 2010 Lexus RX350, but I think you might be looking in the wrong spot. The plug you're looking for is located under the vehicle on the drivers side and not hidden behind the cargo panels as some other harnesses for the 2010 Lexus RX350.

There is not an installation video available for this harness currently, but you should be able to find the harness easily near the bumper and under the vehicle. If you look around and it's not there, you may not be able to use the # 118255 and you'd need to use the Tekonsha T-One # 118478 which plugs into the plugs behind the driver and passenger side cargo panels to the plugs that you've found while looking for the other plug in harness.
