The base plate kits that are compatible with your 2020 F-150 mount in place of the factory tow hooks and require minimal drilling. I recommend etrailer Invisible Base Plate Kit - Removable Arms Item # e86YR which only requires one hole to be drilled on each side and it is virtually unnoticeable when not towing the vehicle.

To help complete your flat tow set up I recommend the following items:

Demco SBS Stay-IN-Play DUO Supplemental Braking System - Proportional Item # SM99251. This braking system is designed for motor homes with hydraulic brakes.

Demco SBS Air Force One Supplemental Braking System for Motor Homes with Air Brakes - Proportional Item # SM99243. This system is designed for motor homes with air brakes. The kit includes both the vehicle side and motor home side.

Roadmaster Nighthawk All Terrain, Non-Binding Tow Bar w/ LED Lights - RV Mount - 8K Item # RM-676 which includes the 7-6 pole plug and safety cables. The wiring and safety cables run through channels in the arms to keep them safely up away from the ground and protected. Each arm also has an integrated LED light strip to help you and any other individual or motorist see that there is a tow bar in place and connected to the vehicle.

This kit allows your F-150 to receive light functions from the motor home so not only you are safe and legal but everyone else can see what you are doing. The diodes will protect the factory wiring on your F-150 and motor from any back feed if there is a short circuit and when Your F-150 is not being towed the diode kit will not affect the normal use of the light functions.

The brake light relay attaches to the cold side of your factory brake light wire and is designed to send power to your taillights through the braking system when the brake is applied by the braking system when your F-150 is being towed.

The brake light relay and diode wiring kit are on a 2018 however the installation will be the same. I suggest testing the wire colors on your 2020 to be sure they are the same before splicing.
