Can nylon bushings be used with wet bolts instead of bronze ?

You can use wet bolts with nylon bushings or bronze bushings. It does not matter which material the bushings are. Also nylon and bronze bushings have about the same longevity.

Recently replaced leaf springs which arrived with nylon bushings. Used wet bolts with the install. Is this going to be an issue as the wet bolts where greased when the job was complete?

@Steven I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but you want to avoid using grease with nylon bushings. Will it be okay? Most likely...but having the grease in there can sometimes cause the nylon to wear down quicker which is why it typically isn't recommended. Since you just finished the job you should be able to leaf it as-is, just be sure to check up on it every so often to make sure the bushings are still in good working order.
