Expert Reply:
The Roadmaster Tow Dolly with Electric Brakes # RM-2050-1 will allow you to mount a hand winch. My recommendation is the Dutton-Lainson Hand Winch - Worm Gear - Hex Drive - 2,000 lbs # DL11004 which will allow you to remove the handle.
