The 2005 Keystone Outback 25RSS has a 3,500 lb axle from what I was able to determine in my research. Therefore, if you are looking for a new idler hub you can use the Dexter Trailer Idler Hub Assembly part # 84545UC1-EZ. If you just need the bearings we have these as well, the Bearing Kit for #84 Spindles part # BK2-100.
