Will 2018 Audi Q5 Need to Be Reprogrammed at Dealer After Installing 391CONVD5 Wiring Kit

I have a 2018 Audi Q5. Can these be installed without having Audi code the vehicle to accept it?

It can indeed. I've looked over the installation instructions included with the Stealth Hitch # 391CONV-D5 trailer wiring kit from start to finish. The vehicle will not need any reprogramming after the hitch/wiring harness is installed. Please take note of step # 11 in the instructions. There is a wiring harness for the back up sensors that connects the rear bumper fascia to the vehicle. DO NOT unplug this harness. If this harness gets unplugged, the car will need to be reprogrammed.
