Thank you for all that detailed information, it is exactly what we need to get you set up with brakes so you can keep your family safe like you mentioned! You initially said you wanted to switch over from drum to disc brakes, but in your question you referenced an electric over hydraulic actuator and brake controller, so it sounds like you want to switch to electric over hydraulic (EoH) disc brakes for the best braking possible.
To get this set up, you will need a new hub and rotor for disc brakes, electric over hydraulic actuator, brake lines, breakaway kit, and brake controller. The reason you need a new brake controller is a brake controller needs to be compatible with an EoH set up. Based on your # 25580 inner bearing and # 15123 outer bearing here are the parts you need, so long as you have a 5-bolt brake flange such as # 4-44-1:
- Kodiak Disc Brake Kit - 12" Hub/Rotor # K2HR526D
- Inner Bearing # 25580, Outer Bearing # 15123, Grease Seal # GS-2125DL
- Bearing Grease # L11380 with Bearing Packer # PTW1218
- HydraStar Electric Over Hydraulic Actuator for Disc Brakes # HBA16
- HydraStar Hydraulic Brake Line Kit # HS496-152
- Hopkins Engager Push-To-Test Trailer Breakaway Kit # 20400
- Tekonsha Prodigy P2 Trailer Brake Controller # 90885 with Plug-In Wiring Adapter # 3015-P
I have added links to video reviews and installs for you to check out as well.
