Question:

Is this the SHP2061 or the SHP359 kit? From what I have read the 359 might be lesser quality than the 2061 and also lacks the pin sleeve.

This is the Lets Go Aero Anti-Rattle Hitch Pin for 2" Trailer Hitches # SHP2061. We do not offer SHP359 but it is a similar design. You are correct the main difference between the two is that # SHP2061 includes the pin sleeve that helps reduce the space between the pin and hitch pin hole. This Anti-Rattle device will take out a majority of the movement in your hitch mounted accessory. I feel that it's most effective when used with bike racks and cargo carriers but still works great with ball mounts.

If you would like to lock your accessory with the pin in place you can use the Snap-On Lock # ACC3250
