How Does the WeatherTech ImpactLiner Stay in the Truck When there Is no Load Weighing It Down

What holds this liner down when nothing is on it .

Hey Jeff, the WeatherTech ImpactLiner Custom Truck Bed Mat # WT99KF would get secured to your bed using the TechHold Retention Device (see image attached) which is just a adhesive ball and socket.
Basically, one the ball end would get stuck to the inside of your truck bed behind the mat, and the socket side would snap the cover to the ball from the other end, sort of sandwiching the two together.
