Question:
I have an AC135 non ducted with the controls on the unit, is this something I can swap in? Do I need anything else to make it work?

Expert Reply:
The Advent Air RV Air Conditioner # ACM135 will be a direct replacement for your AC135 unit. This can be used for ducted or non-ducted applications and you won't need anything else to make it work.
I do, however, recommend also getting the Start Capacitor # ACMSCKIT to install with this unit simply because it greatly reduces the amount of power required to start the AC unit. A start capacitor is becoming more and more common as a standard feature on AC units so any time you have the opportunity to add one I highly recommend it.
Attached are review videos for the AC unit and start capacitor that you can check out.
