I have a 2000 Ranger Trailer and Im looking for a spare hub kit.

In order to determine which hubs to use on your 2000 Ranger Boat trailer, you will need to first remove the hub assemblies and check the bearing numbers, which should be stamped onto the backs of the bearings themselves. If you are unable to locate or read the numbers, you can also take a few measurements along the trailer spindle where the bearings and seal sit. I have attached an image that clarifies exactly where these measurements will be taken and the particular bearing each location will reference. I recommend using a digital caliper like # PTW80157.

If you find that your inner and outer bearings are the same # L44649 bearing-which has a 1.063" inner diameter- and your bolt pattern is 5 on 4-1/2, you can use the Dexter Trailer Hubs # 8-258-5UC1. If you find that you've got something different, please let me know what bearings or measurements of the spindles are and I can help you locate the correct replacement parts.
